Pricing questions

Who counts as a registrant?
Anyone on your event's registrant list: people you import from your registration tool or add yourself, and anyone who joins an open event with the link. Your own organizers and staff don't count.
What does “signs in to the app” mean?
A registrant who signs in to your event's app at least once. They cost $3 instead of $2. You pay a little more for the people who get value from it, and less for the ones who don't.
Is there really a cap?
Yes. However many people register or sign in, one event never costs more than $4,000.
What's in the free first event?
Everything, for up to 50 registrants. Use it for a small event or a real test run. When you're ready for a bigger one, tell us and we'll switch you over.
When is the annual plan better?
When you run several events a year. $8,000 covers unlimited events and up to 3,000 people signing in to the app across them. Associations with a few meetings a year usually land here.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
No. No setup fee, no implementation fee, no per-feature add-ons. You get every feature from the start.
How do we pay?
We'll send an invoice. Card payments in the app are coming.
