Eventlane vs Bizzabo

Pay per event, not per seat.

Bizzabo is an event platform for B2B event teams: registration, websites, email campaigns, a mobile app and onsite tools like Klik SmartBadges. Eventlane is the event app on its own: a link attendees open, an AI concierge, matchmaking and lead retrieval, priced per registrant.

Why teams pick Eventlane

  • A single event costs $4,000 at most, and your first one is free up to 50 registrants.
  • No per-seat pricing: add your whole team.
  • Attendees open the app from a link, no download.
  • Lead retrieval, matchmaking and AI are included, not tiers.

When Bizzabo is the better fit

  • You want registration, your event website and email campaigns in one platform.
  • You run a full calendar of B2B events and want a dedicated success manager.

Questions

Switching from Bizzabo

Can we keep Bizzabo registration and use Eventlane for the app?
Yes. Export your registrants as a spreadsheet and upload it as it is. Eventlane finds the columns, reads ticket types as roles, removes cancelled registrations and updates people each time you re-import.
Do attendees have to download anything?
No app store app. Eventlane is a web app: attendees open your event from a link or QR code, and can add it to their home screen. There's no download step and no app review to wait for.
We run several events a year. What would it cost?
The annual plan is $8,000 a year for unlimited events and up to 3,000 people signing in to the app across them. Or pay per event, capped at $4,000 each.
